Munna + Circuit + Gandhi = Gandhigiri :-)After the disappointing KANK last month, I went to see Munna Bhai this weekend. And boy, what a fun I had.
Munna bhai is a hilarious comedy to say the least and with circuit they are a treat to watch.
The movie is a real gem and with awesome creativity they have managed to repackage gandhism and with out preaching managed to send it across to the minds of the people.
I think this is such a noble idea and movies being such a mass media is a wonderful way to get these serious stuff across to blunt minds across geographies.
Directors of this generation should learn from Rajkumar Hirani. He has created a character which people would love to remember even after several years.
Truely as Sanju-baba rightly said this movie is a
"Mother India" of his career.
Very few actors get to do a role which have such a national quotient in it.
But, having said all that you just cannot forget Circuit...ohhhh Arshad at his best. His expressions and dialogs are a gr8 high in this movie.
Well I would like if every one gets to see this movie and would like to request the India govt to make it a tax free movie.
After all, its not always that we get to see a light hearted movie with such a serious national message in grained in it.
As you can see, I am a huge bollywood movie buff....
And yes...forgot to tell u...had an opportunity to watch the first theatre trailors of D:2 (Dhoom 2).
I can't miss that one also....
